Crescent Petroleum operate a World Scale gas processing plant in a remote and often hostile part of the Kurdistan region of Iraq. We have a large ( 300 + ) diverse, multicultural workforce consisting of local nationals and ex patriots from most regions of the world. Our diversity, environment and location offer numerous challenges, not least of which is the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
We started working with Workplace Wellbeing in early 2011 providing medical 
screening for our workforce in a structured, prioritised manner and quickly realised numerous benefits for both the individual and organisation.
