Testimonials

Workplace Wellbeing are incredibly proud to have been awarded ‘Professional Services Business of the Year’, 2017 in the Herefordshire Means Business Awards. A huge thank you to all our clients for making this such a special year for us.

Prior to starting my own HR consultancy in January 2019, I was employed by a Global Aviation Services Provider as the Vice President of HR.  At the time of joining the organisation in 2012, the organisation was utilising the Occupational Health services of the local NHS and in 2014, we changed providers to another large OH provider.  Unfortunately the provider was unable to provide us with the level of OH support needed and their response times to both employee referrals and Drug and Alcohol testing call-outs were inadequate. I therefore undertook an extensive OH review around 2014/15 and reviewed a number of OH providers.  In the end, it was clear that Workplace Wellbeing were by far the more experienced, responsive and efficient supplier for the organisation.  At the time, our OH needs spanned the UK but in 2016/17, I asked them to undertake OH support for another one of our divisions of the business which covered International territories as far afield as Qatar, Brunei, Dutch Caribbean and Greece.  This required Jane and her team to travel to these territories at least once a year to undertaken the required health surveillance processes.

I cannot recommend Jane and her team highly enough.  As an OH provider, Workplace Wellbeing work in partnership with HR, the line manager and the employee.  Their advice is sound, commercially focused and they are responsive which was especially important during our ill health processes.

I would just like to express my thanks and gratitude for the professional way in which the Occupational Support Workers Course was conducted. As you are aware we operate in a high hazard industry in a remote and challenging environment. Given this situation it is clear that our clinical and medical team require the best training and development available. Benefits of your methodical approach to training are many, evidence shows that 37 occupational health assessments per month have been conducted as opposed to 6 in the past. Recently, I personally received an occupational health assessment to OG (UK) standards, it was supported by our newly qualified staff in a professional manner and ran smoothly with no wasted time. This is a direct reflection of your teams coaching and mentoring skills. I highly recommend the Workplace Wellbeing webinar and face to face approach to training to any organization.

I look forward to your continued support.

Thank You

Applying for Safe Contractor and CHAS had been something that we had wanted to do for a long time, but we felt daunted by the prospect. We had a very basic grip on things relating to Health and Safety and RAMS but nothing that we felt would get us through the application process.

Workplace Wellbeing, in particular Jane Stevenson, and her team were fantastic. They made the whole process stress-free and easy whilst giving us the confidence that once they succeeded in helping us gain the accreditation that we could cope with the procedures left in place that they had helped set up.

The schedule Workplace Wellbeing set in place to help us gain accreditation was one which that all employees could see was of benefit to the company, and the moral of the whole company was given a boost. It has given us the confidence to go for the contracts which we would otherwise have shied away from and the results have been almost instantaneous.

Thank you once again.

Centrica Energy Upstream, has in recent months, engaged with Workplace Wellbeing to specifically deliver Occupational Health Services to our staff at Barrow Gas. Managers and employees have commented positively on the outstanding service they have received. Rarely do the efforts of external contractors get internal praise, needless to say we are delighted at the success of this first contract between Centrica and Workplace Wellbeing.

Workplace Wellbeing has demonstrated the ability to be flexible, adaptable with the ability to listen and provide clients with bespoke and credible products. Jane Stevenson and her team have brought fresh ideas to the table and have delivered a service well within any KPIs set by myself, HSE, or project departments.  It has become evident little contract management is or was required from Centrica, simply because they strive for perfection in pleasing the client and listening to industry and client concerns.

Their competence in occupational health and their knowledge of integrated industry solutions is unparalleled and reflective of the fact they maintain manage their business, listening and engaging with all stakeholders.

I have no reservations in recommending Workplace Wellbeing to any service user.

Crescent Petroleum operate a World Scale gas processing plant in a remote and often hostile part of the  Kurdistan region of Iraq. We have a large ( 300 + ) diverse, multicultural workforce consisting of local nationals and ex patriots from most regions of the world. Our diversity, environment and location offer numerous challenges, not least of which is the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

We started working with Workplace Wellbeing in early 2011 providing medical Khormor LPG Plantscreening for our workforce in a  structured, prioritised manner and quickly realised numerous benefits for both the individual and organisation. The professional, flexible, compassionate and understanding of their staff made them immediately welcome to a population who were initially extremely sceptical.

Through 2011 the scope of service has been continually optimised and broadened to include many activities not originally envisaged and each has been delivered in a totally professional manner.

I look forward to working with them through 2012 and hopefully beyond to further enhance all aspects of the health of my team.

I have personally worked with members of the Workplace Wellbeing team in ‘mission critical’ environments. They are professional, targeted and compassionate towards the need of individuals, whilst respecting the requirements of an organisation.  It is in meeting these, sometimes, competing demands that their experience and training comes to the fore. I would have no hesitation in trusting the most vulnerable members of my family to the care of this group of professionals.

As a private security company that often works in a heightened and sometimes critical environment our security personnel require a unique support system whilst on operation.

Whilst working with Diplomats and high net worth individuals, Workplace Wellbeing have paid meticulous attention to our needs and have produced a bespoke occupational and health and medical support package.

Liasing with a member staff provided by Workplace Wellbeing who not only understands our operational needs but also has invaluable experience and knowledge of private security is in itself invaluable. I do not say this lightly as I have every trust and faith in Workplace Wellbeing to produce and deliver a highly professional service.

“Jane Stevenson has been an outstanding and invaluable asset working with us to develop the mental health and wellness program for the entire US system of 61 Internet Crimes Against Children task forces and their 2,500+ local law enforcement agency affiliates. With a perfect blend of modesty and deep subject area expertise, Jane brought her 8 years of experience developing similar programs in the UK to bear in the successful fruition of our curriculum development process. She has generously shared her wealth of written materials, research, and personal experience in the field. She has also endeared herself to staff and advisors with her enthusiasm, flexibility, dependability in tight situations, very personable style, and ability to work with every type of personality with integrity, humor and grace. I could not recommend Jane more highly.”

I worked with Jane on a bespoke training programme this year which was delivered to 340 managers.  Her support and commitment throughout were fantastic; her research, programme design and delivery were of the highest quality.  She’s a real professional with an engaging presentation style who cares deeply about getting the message across in the right way.  She did this consistently, to a sometimes challenging audience, over a period of three months and always offered follow up support and advice as necessary.  It was a pleasure working with Jane!
